What problems do you specialize in?
I compassionately support adults navigating trauma, ADHD, and the pressures faced by professionals and first responders.
Do you offer telehealth?
I provide therapy exclusively through telehealth, offering the convenience and comfort of meeting from a space where you feel safe and at ease. Whether you’re at home, in your office, traveling, or managing a hospital stay, telehealth allows therapy to fit more naturally into your life.
What states can you see clients in?
I am currently only able to see MI residents for therapy services, but I am working on more access.

I accept MANY forms of insurance and some Medicare adding more all the time.
Do you offer self-pay?
I’m happy to offer self-pay options. My standard session fee is $150, and I also offer a sliding scale when possible because I want to help make support more accessible.
How does someone schedule?
Your first session is a free 30-minute consultation. To schedule, select “Set Appointment,” choose “Video Office,” and pick a time that works for you.
